Founded in 1995, Clearview Window Cleaning are based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. With over 20 years window cleaning experience, we understand the wide variety of different cleaning needs for our customers.
We undertake work for a wide range of private and corporate customers from housing groups to hospitals, offices and industrial premises to schools, shops and pubs to hotels.

There’s more to cleaning windows than just a ladder and a wash leather.
With the current legal working height for washing windows using ladders set at 29 feet maximum, we have to make sure we have the most effective and safest equipment for our employees to use, whilst ensuring the customer is happy with the end result. What’s more, if a window cleaning operative was injured whilst on your site and you were not complying with certain health and safety regulations, you could be held liable.
At Clearview, we don’t believe our customers should have to worry about our employees. Instead, we use Tucker Pole Systems, a unique window washing system which is specially designed to perfectly clean and polish high-rise windows up to 65 feet from the ground.
The water evaporates without a smear or stain, glass remains cleaner for longer and the brushing action glides smoothly over vertical and horizontal bars, lifting dirt from sills and ledges at the same time. So with our operative’s feet firmly on the ground, you do not need to worry about the health and safety aspect of our service. You can just sit back and admire the gleaming results!
Where buildings can not be cleaned using the water-fed system, we will use hydraulic platforms.
All our operatives are fully trained and members of International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)
All staff are qualified in NVQ level 2 cleaning and support services.

Commercial Window Cleaning
Our specialised water fed Reach & Wash system uses poles that can reach up to 65 feet without compromising on health and safety or having to involve expensive lifting equipment. We offer our customers genuine expertise and a committed service in the field of commercial and industrial window cleaning.

All our operatives hold CSCS cards and are IPAF certified, we are also Alcumus SafeContractor accredited.
Domestic Window Cleaning
We provide a friendly and trustworthy service, using the environmentally friendly Reach & Wash system. This eliminates the need for ladders, drastically reducing the risk of injury and damage to property. Our specialist water fed poles use pure water, allowing the windows to dry naturally, with a perfect, crystal clear finish and uses no chemicals. We are able to clean your windows safely from the ground, reaching often otherwise inaccessible windows with our extendable poles, in addition we are able to clean conservatory roofs, fascias, soffits and solar panels. Should you wish, we also clean internal windows using the traditional squeegee and blade method.
All quotes include windows, sills and frames.
Guttervac
Blocked gutters are a massive cause of water ingress and flood damage to homes in the UK. The guttering on buildings receives a year round flow of debris and dirt that flows off the roof during rainfall. Gutters also trap leaves blown in by the wind and it is not uncommon to see them clogged with silt, moss and even plants that cause blockages and prevent them from doing their job.
Because the Health and Safety at Work Act has made the use of ladders inappropriate in certain situations, we have invested in the revolutionary ‘Guttervac’. This is a vacuum cleaning process which collects wet or dry leaves, silt and other debris without the use of ladders. Access to the gutters is from the ground, using extension tubes that reach up to 40ft high (approximately 4-5 storeys).
Because the operator works safely from the ground this eliminates the use of ladders and cherry pickers making it safer, faster and therefore cheaper to keep gutters clean. It also maintains privacy and reduces disturbance. Clean gutters eliminate the chance of water build-up and serious damage in ceiling and building structures due to blocked gutters, as well as lengthening gutter life.
In addition to clearing blocked gutters, the ’Guttervac’ can be used as a preventative maintenance service, whereby it is recommended that property owners/managers should clean out gutters annually to prevent blockages and preventing further expense through repairs, as it is possible that insurance claims may be declined due to poorly maintained gutters.
Minimax M2 Water Softeners
In 2013 we set-up Clearview Water Softeners as a complementary business to Clearview Window Cleaning. Our interest in water softeners came through our experience with the Reverse Osmosis filtration system used for the window cleaning.
On the recommendation of a friend, we purchased our own Minimax M2 water softener and were so impressed with the results and the benefits of a water softener that we decided to set-up as an approved supplier.
